Your Trainers – Jackie Cameron

Jackie spent the first part of her career as a tax consultant and was often asked to be involved in the planning and delivery of in-house training. After completing a business degree she went on to gain a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and her passion for learning and development became clear.

Following the opportunity to participate in a leadership programme with one of the big 4 global accounting firms, where she learned coaching skills, she established Cameron Consulting, her own coaching and training business in January 2004. Since then she has worked with clients in public, private and Charity sectors and has led workshops in, for example, coaching skills for senior teachers, budgeting skills for 13-14 years old in schools and presentation skills for small business owners.

Most recently Jackie has been teaching a wide range of clients on how to use Social Networking effectively.

Caroline McIntosh

Caroline is an experienced trainer and coach with over 15 years practical business grounding in administration, people management, human resources and marketing roles in a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, recruitment and tourism.

Self employed for 16 years, she has an active portfolio of training work supporting a range of organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has delivered and facilitates in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has delivered and facilitated numerous workshops and seminars on a variety of topics but specializes in career and personal development, leadership and coaching skills, change and stress management and effective communication.

As a group trainer, Caroline offers the valuable combination of commercial insight, the ability to communicate clearly at all levels and a supportive but challenging approach which encourages individuals to transform attitudes and achieve tangible results.
