Your Trainer – Nicki Davey

Nicki has over 25 years’ experience of leading, managing, training and developing people, gained through working in the charity and social housing sectors and as a freelance trainer.

Nicki specialises in training which builds people’s communication and interpersonal skills and their self-confidence, including ILM endorsed management and leadership skills programmes, team development, creative thinking, presentation skills and communication skills. Nicky also facilitates staff conferences and team-building days, and help companies improve staff well-being through stress management training, and employee wellbeing consultancy services.

Nicki firmly believes that we all perform best when our mind is free, our body relaxed, and our creative potential unlocked, and she applies these principles to all her training. Her boundless energy, power to engage people, ability to turn ideas into reality and sense of fun have earned her a reputation as an inspiring leader and innovative trainer. She is a member of the CIPD, ILM and Stress Management Society, hold CIPD and ILM Qualifications, and is an ILM approved provider as well as being an accredited facilitator for the TetraMap profiling tool.
