My name is Martin Johnson the creator of Big Picture which is an innovative tool to discover FOUR times the training opportunities, develop strong client relationships and lasting, measured business improvements. Prior to creating Big Picture I was a consultant to many businesses who expected the usual questionnaire-based approach to information gathering- painful! I turned the tables and invested some time finding out about their business so I could describe what I was suggesting in terms of where they were now and where we could be. I found there was a set of prompts and a way of laying out the information that the clients could grasp straight away. I would leave them with something useful they could use immediately and I would have a copy to shape my proposal. We kept coming back to it to plot progress and identify the next steps.
